Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns. Contact WOTM within 14 days of delivery by emailing or by visiting the Womxn on the Moon contact page. You must ship returned items back within 30 days of delivery. Your order will be refunded once your item has been received in the mail.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns and exchanges must be completed via mail. We do not complete returns and exchanges at pop-up events.

We accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect orders. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with information about your damaged item or incorrect order. Please include photos of your damaged items, as well as your name and order number. Please note that our items are handmade and will contain small imperfections like cracks, chips, and bubbles. These imperfections are not considered damage. Note: If you wish to exchange an item for another, you may complete a return and place a new order for the item of your choice. See above information on return process.

Conditions of exchange:

For damaged items or incorrect orders, shipping costs are complimentary. It is encouraged that you reuse your shipping materials in order to reduce waste. Customers will be issued a USPS shipping label via email in order to complete their exchange.

We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact WOTM by emailing or by visiting the Womxn on the Moon contact page if you have any issues with your order.

We cannot replace items lost in the mail. Items with a status of “delivered” are considered a completed order. WOTM is not responsible for delivery wait times or lost mail. Please contact a USPS representative to complete the process of lost or damaged mail items.
